Benefits of Vedic Meditation in Business – Creativity in the Work Place

As a teacher of Vedic Meditation, I have obviously taught a number of people who have been managers or owners of companies. Ninety per cent of whom it would be fair to say wanted to learn Vedic Meditation because of work-related stress. As a result of their personal experiences learning to meditate, it’s not long before their conversation turns to the benefits of Vedic Meditation in business.

Now discussing the benefits of Vedic Meditation in business is not part of the course material and is not something I would normally raise. It comes up in conversation because the person has begun to experience the benefits of Vedic Meditation in their personal life and conclude very quickly how their company could benefit if employees also learned.

The Benefits of Vedic Meditation in Business

The benefits of Vedic Meditation in Business are not generally associated with improvements in company performance, profit margins and/or creativity. However, what is it, or rather, who is it that companies are reliant on for these things? And the answer is People!
